VIDEO-ON-DEMAND INSTRUCTIONS: To view a meeting/program, select its picture from the main page. If there is a "Play" arrow in the middle of the picture, it is available to stream to your device. On the web schedule, if a meeting/program has a green arrow, it is available to stream to your device. Click on the arrow to start the stream. TO VIEW FCTV3 LIVE: Select the "Watch" button at the top right of the VOD home page, then click the white arrow in the center of the black screen. TO RETURN TO THE HOME PAGE: click on the Town Seal at the top of the page.
